Eligibility and Expectations
Player ratings: Each player is expected to play in the appropriate level. This is based on their DUPR rating. Players may play into a higher level but they may not play into a lower level. If a player does not have a DUPR rating it is expected that the team captain would place them into an appropriate level.
Game day matches: Unless otherwise negotiated between the team captains, teams must bring 6 players to fill three courts on game day. Court 1 is the highest level court. Court 2 is the second highest, and court 3 is the lowest court at that level. It is expected that captains will fill the courts in this order.
Level 1: (DUPR less than 3.1)
Court 1: Two male players (Men’s doubles)
Court 2: One male player and one female player (Mixed doubles)
Court 3: Two female players (Women’s doubles)
Level 2: (DUPR 3.0-3.6)
Court 1: Two male players (Men’s doubles)
Court 2: One male player and one female player (Mixed doubles)
Court 3: Two female players (Women’s doubles)
Level 3: (DUPR 3.5-4.1)
Court 1: Any combination, with player ratings no higher than 4.1. (Highest skill level players)
Court 2: Any combination, with player ratings no higher than 4.1. (Middle skill level players)
Court 3: Any combination, with player ratings no higher than 4.1. (Lower skill level players)
Level 4: (DUPR 4.2 and up on court 1. 3.7 and up on courts 2 and 3)
Court 1: Any combination, with a rating 4.2 and up. (Highest skill level players)
Court 2: Any combination, with rating 3.7 and up. (Middle skill level players)
Court 3: Any combination, with rating 3.7 and up. (Lower skill level players)
All players in the league must sign the waiver. Download the waiver here, sign it, and return it to the captains who will submit it to the league manager.
Subs: Captains may substitute players with similar level players. Please add these subs to your roster. (Even if a player only plays 1 time during the season, please add that player to your roster.)
Rosters: Rosters may be modified until July 1. No changes can be made after July 1.
Missed matches due to weather, etc: Please try to make up missed matches during the following week. In the case of bad weather, indoor facilities may be used which may charge an additional fee.
